The Ultimate Guide to the Czech Republic

CD Payne, the author of Youth in Revolt, visited Brno. And what did he get? Some cakes, books, plum brandy (non-methanol one) and my Ultimate Guide to the Czech Republic!

Embéčko again

I was so busy with watching the 13th series of Midsomer Murders that I had no time left for drawing (except the times when I was sketching inspector Barnarby). I was also researching online and in my mind for the Trafalgar book I have written some years ago, and it needs to be said that I got quite far – I've found the perfect format for the book. So now just the drawings... Fair enough. This is a sketch of the hero of the book – brave admiral Nelson.

And here is my little animated banner for the Embéčkem kolem světa book:

14

Here is some of my little handwork from a book for children by Lauren Myracle called 14 (Čtrnáct) published by JOTA.

When I see the sunglasses I think of summer and sea and I cannot wait for it! Winter be gone, spring come and take us to your older sister summer!

Embéčkem kolem světa / Around the World in Škoda 1000 MB

Many thanks to Michal Vičar for going around the World and writing a book about it. Many thanks to JOTA Publishing House for publishing the book and thanks also to Julie, the veteran car Škoda 1000 MB, for surviving the journey and bringing the travellers safe back home. I am very happy that I could have joined them through my drawings.
