Home made pasta

My dear Marcella Hazan (in a very poor Czech translation, unfortunately) shows me how to deal with the most treasured, most adored Italian pride - pasta. 
Those egg tortellini are filled with pumpkin, walnuts, cream cheese, parmigiano, flax seed and sage, later served with pumpkin cream sauce and parmigiano. They taste better than they look!


Do you also sometimes feel like un raviolo among tortellini?
